Introducing 4 new updates for the second half of September 2023 for the ovice business metaverse.

The more engaging the meeting is, with lively discussions and rapid-fire idea sharing, the more likely you are to lose track of the time. However, the next team who has reserved the meeting room is eager to start their meeting on time.
With this update, a notification is now automatically sent to the ovice meeting room attendees, saying "The next meeting will start in this conference room in XX minutes!" Members in the meeting will also be aware of upcoming reservations.
Additionally, the leave (to exit the room) and lock (to restrict access to the room) buttons have been moved to the bottom right of the screen. If you are using a mobile device or a narrow browser window, click the three dots on the lower control menu bar to display the buttons.
Functions related to leaving and locking the door are consolidated in the lower right corner, making it more intuitive to use when leaving the room or locking the room without having to search through a menu with multiple buttons.

Additionally, the meeting room reservation confirmation screen is now displayed at a fixed size, unaffected by the zoom display function. You can easily view schedule information while keeping the ovice space at a size that is easy for you to see.

“I've been waiting for this update,” say many of our users! ovice is now equipped to support high resolution cameras. You can now use your camera in high resolution by turning on Use High Resolution in the camera settings.
This feature can be used in combination with background effects. Since you can see yourself more clearly than before, you can communicate more non-verbal information through your facial expressions. It's also useful when filming multiple people with a single camera, or when showing real objects using camera footage.
If you turn on this feature, the screen sharing resolution will also be higher, so you can read the text in the shared documents more clearly.
*This feature is turned off by default. If you use multiple spaces, settings must be adjusted for each space.

When accessing spaces associated with an organization, it is now possible to enable a setting that requires each user to perform two-factor authentication using an authentication app such as Google Authenticator in addition to logging in.
Maintain a higher security level in your office, so you can use it with greater peace of mind even in spaces where important or confidential information may be exchanged.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Window sockets are objects that broadcast images of real places where many people gather (such as actual offices and event venues) onto the ovice space, and encourage organic communication both in real life and online. It is possible to connect multiple spaces such as metaverse to on-site office or multiple offices to each other via ovice.
Delivery devices that can be used include smartphones, tablets, and PCs with cameras.
With this update, a notification sound will now be played on the distribution device when a user of ovice space enters the "window socket audio range".
This makes it easier to notice when a member in the ovice space is approaching a window socket when you are in an on-site location. The number of interactions will increase, and the your team will build better relationships in the process!
