ovice Subprocessor Terms and Conditions

oVice, Inc. (the “Company”) and its affiliates engage third-party subprocessors and the Company’s affiliates to provide the virtual space “ovice” and various types of relevant service (collectively, the “Service”, including free service provided as a trial) to a Subscriber. A subprocessor is a third-party processor engaged by the Company or in some cases, the Company’s affiliate, which receives data from the Company and processes personal data on behalf of the Company’s Subscribers.

As a condition of permitting a subprocessor to process personal data, the Company (and its affiliates as applicable) will enter into a written agreement with each subprocessor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measures the Company has put into place to protect customer personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.
