New Features to Use ovice More Efficiently

"It would be nice if ovice ran more efficiently" or "I wish there was something I could do to speed up browsers running multiple tabs"...There's undoubtedly many of you who have felt the same way.
In response to your requests, we are happy to share that we have released an ovice desktop!
There are many benefits to using the desktop app.
1. Smoother Startup
By adding the ovice desktop app to the items to automatically run when your PC starts you can prevent situations in which you forgot to log-in to ovice.
2. Enables Screen Sharing at Higher Resolutions
With the desktop app, there are no restrictions imposed by the sender's environment, so you can share clearer images. This should help reduce requests to expand the screen-sharing docs in order to better see the information on the.
3. More Stable Operating Environment
The desktop app runs independently, providing a more stable operating environment. Try the desktop app to make ovice run more smoothly!

Objects are often used in open space meetings. In particular, we received feedback from users who are using ovice for the first time, saying, “I wish connecting to objects was easier to understand.''
This time, the object functionality has been updated, and a "Join" button will now be displayed when you approach an object that you have permission to connect to!
Now you can easily explain ovice functions by simply instructing users to press the button to connect.

"I want to access ovice from the spot where I am now!"
You can now easily register your current location in the ‘My Seat’ location settings that were previously implemented in ovice!
If you press the button to the right of the URL input field in the home location setting, your current location will be automatically reflected.
By saving the URL of your ‘My Seat’ location, you can use it from that location next time. You no longer have to copy and paste URLs, and now it's easier than ever to set up!
